Delivery is managed through defined decision rights, milestone reporting and cost controls, with experienced operators accountable to an agreed plan. The objective is consistent: protect downside, maintain alignment, and steward projects toward measurable value creation for shareholders.
Commercial Opportunities
Strategis also reviews a wider set of select commercial opportunities beyond real assets, including mandate-led exposure to listed and liquid markets and specialist situations where governance, timing and counterparty quality matter. We engage on a private, capacity-limited basis and typically alongside experienced advisers and operators. Opportunities may be UK-based or overseas, including select jurisdictions where the regulatory, legal and execution environment is appropriate. Where fit is clear, we progress matters through a disciplined process: screening, structuring, documentation and oversight — with discretion throughout.
